The invertor conditioner

The invert conditioner — the trading name of conditioners of air which have a possibility of change of a rotating speed of the engine of the compressor (the inverter — from an armour. inverto — I overturn, I turn, I change). The management block in such conditioners will transform a food alternating voltage in constant and then forms an alternating voltage with necessary frequency. This process is called inverting. Such transformation allows to regulate in some limits speed of rotation of the engine of the compressor and, hence, holodo - or the conditioner. Thanks to such technology inverter conditioners are more energy conserving and provide more flexible and exact maintenance of temperature, than conditioners with the usual compressor. Besides, they allow to work in wider range of exterior temperatures.

The first inverter the conditioner has appeared in 1981 in Japan. Today inverter technology is used practically at all manufacturers of the climatic equipment on a level with usual conditioners.

Work principle

The work principle inverter the conditioner consists that there is a possibility of a continuous adjustment of speed of rotation of the motor of the compressor depending on a thermal load indoors. For faster achievement of the set temperature the inverter controller increases speed of rotation of the engine of the compressor. The air conditioners starts to work in the forced mode until the temperature indoors will not reach a set value. Then speed of rotation of the engine decreases, but the compressor continues to work, maintaining constant temperature with the minimum deflexions. Thus, in the course of work inverter the conditioner is not present constant switch connection/deenergizing of the compressor. It allows to reduce power consumption, to lower noise level, more precisely to maintain fixed temperature (temperature vacillatings do not exceed 1,0 °C), to work in wider range of exterior temperatures, and also to prolong life cycle of the compressor because of smaller quantity of start-up (compressor start, is accompanied by the raised deterioration of that oil in the compressor flows down in картер and the first seconds it works without greasing).

Advantages

    * a fast exit on the set temperature mode (approximately in 2 times faster, than not инверторная model);
    * possibility of more exact maintenance of the set temperature for the account of a smooth speed control of rotation of the engine of the compressor;
    * work of engines of blowers on small turns reduces level of noise as internal block (from 20 to 26 дБ), and exterior;
    * possibility of economy of the electric power to 66 % (at some models, usually to 30 %) in comparison with "usual" not inverter conditioners.

Lacks

    * the High price инверторных conditioners in comparison with inverter analogues;
    * Hypersensibility to jumps of pressure from for more difficult electronic stuffing;
